charming stay near vondelpark
excellent location friendly staff clean room
the location was excellent. vondelpark and the museum district were very close. the staff offered friendly and helpful service. the room was clean apart from the pillows. they was like large bricks i would still recommend this hotel to friends.
the pillows were not comfortable. they felt hard like bricks. i hope they consider softer options . this would enhance the sleep quality.

i stayed in a double or twin room. the room included a television. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries. the breakfast included many options.
the elevator only went to the third floor.

lovely location near museums
great location direct bus clean room
i appreciated the location close to museums and the tram it made getting around simple. the direct bus to the airport nearby was convenient for my departure. i really liked how clean my room was it had a small balcony i enjoyed.
my room was a bit too warm at times because there was no air conditioning i used the fan that was provided but it wasn't quite enough for the whole room. it made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably during the warmer parts of the day.

the hotel has an elevator which was helpful for reaching my room on the upper floors. the bus station is a short walk.

the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices making it easy to find something i liked. there was a selection of good quality items available. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
